IIDFC has a management team with Professional Bankers, Chartered Accountants, MBAs, Engineers, Economists and Financial Analysts.

The major activities of the company are divided into three distinct Departments - the Operations Department, the Accounts, Finance & Administration Department and the Structured Finance Department. The Operations Division consists of Corporate Finance, SME Finance & Home Loan, Monitoring and ICT support services. Each unit is headed by professionals who are experts in their own fields.
