Ms. Nadia Alam Chaity has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined IIDFC PLC. in 2012 and currently serves as Manager, In-Charge of Internal Audit and Compliance.

During her tenure, she has gained cross-functional experience in Treasury, Operations, and SME Finance, strengthening her expertise in governance, risk, and compliance. Prior to IIDFC PLC., she worked as an Officer at IIDFC Securities Ltd.

Ms. Nadia holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BBA in Finance from Stamford University Bangladesh, and has completed the JAIBB and AIBB banking diplomas from The Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh (IBB). She received the Annual Integrity Award (2020–21) from IIDFC PLC. in recognition of her professional integrity and performance.
