Mr. Lingkon Mondal, FCA joined Industrial and Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited (IIDFC) in October 2016. Mr. Mondal has more than 12 years of professional experience in the industry in various capacities.

He has started his career in KPMG Bangladesh, also known as RRH in 2008 and after being qualified as Chartered Accounts he joined in Prime Finance & Investment Limited as Assistant Vice President in 2011. After that, Mr. Mondal joined in IPDC Finance as Chief Financial Officer. In October 2016, he joined in IIDFC and still serving the Company as EVP and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has very successful achievement history in although his career and leaded many teams for achieving numerous awards within the country and out of the country.  

He has obtained Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), major in AIS, from Dhaka University. In academic results, he has very glorious history of Board stand, Dean awards, Education Board award, ICAB & ICSB Scholarship award etc. He is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and a qualified Chartered Secretary from ICSB. He is also working as Faculty Member of ICAB from the very beginning of his qualification as Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Mondal attended numerous trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences in home and abroad and, he visited Sri-Lanka, India, Thailand etc. for training and others.
