Mr. Musaddiq Ahmad Nadim joined the service of IIDFC on 13 October 2021. He has over eight years of professional experience in human resources across financial institutions and corporate organizations.

In addition to his MANCOM role, Mr. Nadim is an active member of several key internal committees, including the Policy Review Committee, Ethics Committee, Sustainable Finance Unit, Integrity Award Committee, and the ICT Steering Committee. His professional expertise spans HR policy formulation, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, performance management, and employment-related legal matters, with regular engagement with regulatory authorities.

Mr. Nadim holds an MBA in Management majoring in Human resource and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Dhaka, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
